Justin Daniels is a shareholder at the law firm Baker Donelson Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC. He focuses his corporate practice on representing emerging growth and middle-market technology companies domestically and internationally. Justin has closed M&A transactions valued collectively over $1 billion.

Justin has taken a leadership role in Georgia’s cybersecurity industry: He created the Baker Donelson Cybersecurity Accelerator that facilitates the growth of emerging domestic and international cybersecurity companies. He also helped create Cybercon, an annual conference now in its third year, that brings together business, government and academic leaders to discuss the evolving cybersecurity landscape. Cybercon facilitates innovation through its pitch component, where 10-12 cyber companies are selected from all over the world to pitch their products to chief information security officers representing prospective enterprise customers.

Justin is leading the inaugural 2017 Atlanta Cyber Week, a public-private collaboration among business, government and academic organizations. A series of events will be held during the week of October 2-6, 2017, to highlight the unique cybersecurity ecosystem in the Atlanta metro region.

Justin regularly speaks to international audiences in Israel and the United Kingdom about the Atlanta metro region’s cybersecurity ecosystem.
