Hailing from Brooklyn New York, Daddy-O has succeeded in music industry not only as an artist but as an executive that helped launch industry heavyweights Mary J Blige, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, They Might Be Giants, and Queen Latifah.

As an executive with Universal Records, his responsibility was discovery and development. While in this capacity, Daddy-O discovered rap artists Mystikal and Master P and provided A&R services for Sony Records and Warner Music Group. Other notable projects include the And 1 mixtape, MTV’s Rip The Runway and the movies Dangerous Minds, CB4, Lean On Me, and Straight Outta Brooklyn, where he served as talent and Music Supervisor. He also has an album out currently on iTunes entitled #everybodybutkrs.

After moving to Atlanta and focusing on technology, Daddy-O has been involved in content strategy with more than ten years of experience providing data-driven content strategy, first at Fuzebox providing digital channel strategy, content audit & brand planning.
